Kids

Children are the future. Generally speaking, children can start aikido from the age of six, and perhaps sooner. Among other benefits, in aikido children have the opportunity to discover and develop:

  • a healthy and strong body,
  • good manners,
  • physical abilities,
  • morality,
  • patience and concentration,
  • trust and charity,
  • respect for others and themselves,
  • discipline and cooperation,
  • teamwork,
  • critical thinking,
  • responsibility,
  • a logical sense for conflict situations management etc.
In other words, aikido is an apprenticeship for real life that prepares children, by strengthening both the mind and body in a natural and healthy way, in order kids to enter properly the teenage and then the adult phase of their life.
